Hello! I’m Elizabeth,
the heart and soul behind Elizabeth Eats.
When I was a young teenager, I developed restrictive and unhealthy eating habits, all in the pursuit of feeling, well, healthy. I was tired, irritated (even for a teenager!) and weak. I needed to make some major changes.
One of the most important things I’ve learned is that food truly is the best medicine. I created Elizabeth Eats to satisfy my taste buds while fueling my body with nourishing whole foods, without guilt. And to help others navigate the sometimes intimidating world of nutrition, I am studying full-time for a degree in Nutrition Science while pursuing my delicious dreams.
All in all, I am obsessed with food that tastes good and is good for you. The latter part is so hard to find, isn’t it? With so many fillers and synthetic ingredients on the market, sometimes it seems like you need a nutritionist to interpret the labels for you. Don’t fret! All of my products are created for the love of G.O.O.D: That’s Gluten-free, Organic, Only natural sugars and Dairy-free.
